About This Role
- Manage security architecture and governance across Workday platform modules including HCM, Compensation, Absence, Learning, Recruiting, Talent, and Performance.
- Configure and maintain Workday security policies, roles, role assignments, and conduct audits to ensure integrity and compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
- Lead design, testing, implementation, and support of Workday security solutions, system integrations, and provide customer support through internal channels.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Workday security design, implementation, and support for complex business requirements.
- Proficient in Workday security configuration including domain security policies, roles, and role assignments.
- Experience with EIB mass data uploads including creation, loading, and troubleshooting.
- Location requirement: Pune, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end Workday security solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory mandates.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in root-cause analysis and problem solving within Workday security context.
- Experience collaborating with HR Operations, HRIS teams, and technology partners to align system processes, testing, and support.
