About This Role
- Design, develop, implement, and support Workday integrations with supplemental applications focusing on Core HCM functional areas.
- Schedule and monitor Workday integrations, test new system features/releases, and evaluate integration/report impacts.
- Prepare technical and user documentation, assist clients with testing, and provide customer support via internal ticketing systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience with Workday Studio and integration technologies such as Web Services, XML, XSLT, SOAP, and Java.
- Experience integrating Workday with payroll, benefits, and background verification vendors.
- Relevant experience with HR systems like Workday HCM, PeopleSoft HRMS, or SAP HCM.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with full integration lifecycle from assessment, configuration, to support in Workday or similar HR systems.
- Capable of collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders including project team members and senior management.
- Analytical and organized with strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with SDLC and project methodologies.
