About This Role
- Manage IS Operations service delivery and ensure operational stability, performance, and customer satisfaction for the APAC region.
- Act as the primary regional contact for major incident management, urgent standard change coordination, SLA/KPI tracking, and communication.
- Drive alignment of APAC operations with global governance, support Build-to-Run transition, and promote IT policy deployment and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 6–8 years of IT Operations experience including at least 3 years in service delivery management.
- ITIL V3 or V4 certification preferred; project management or service delivery certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) advantageous.
- Experience managing SLAs/KPIs in regional/global IS service context and familiarity with ITSM processes and tools (ServiceNow, EasyVista, JIRA).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing regional or global IS service delivery with operational readiness and Build-to-Run transitions.
- Strong experience in incident, change, and release management within a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
- Technically proficient with ERP (SAP), integration platforms, ITSM tools, and capable of coordinating with vendors and stakeholders effectively.
