About This Role
- Provide hardware and network troubleshooting support across switches, routers, and wireless devices based on standard SOPs.
- Configure and manage switches, VLANs, routing protocols (EIGRP/OSPF), VPN connectivity, and WLAN settings.
- Monitor network management tools to identify capacity breaches and ensure system health as per SOP guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Any Graduate degree.
- Experience Required: At least 3 years (Experienced level noted).
- Proficient in network technologies including switches, routers, wireless access points, and routing protocols like EIGRP/OSPF.
- Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, HDI Certification, or relevant IT certifications are required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong hands-on problem resolver with experience in hardware and network troubleshooting across multiple network layers and devices.
- Experienced with implementing and troubleshooting routing protocols and VLAN configurations using documented SOPs.
- Comfortable working in structured environments with network monitoring tools and following documented change management processes.
