Work Location: Gurugram with hybrid work model, minimum 3 days office presence; shift timings potentially from 1-10 pm and 6:30 pm - 3:30 am.
Experienced in managing diverse teams in insurance operations with ability to communicate and facilitate learning effectively.
Familiar with insurance regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements, with problem solving and reasoning skills.
Possesses program management experience with skills to design and deliver development programs; expertise in insurance processes or certifications is a plus.
