About This Role
- Manage end-to-end financial accounting operations across multiple countries, including revenue, lease, inventory, intercompany, fixed assets, manufacturing accounting, and month-end close.
- Oversee cash & bank operations, financial reporting, tax and statutory compliance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Local GAAP/IFRS and audit readiness.
- Drive financial controls, governance, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives within RTR operations leveraging ERP systems and digital tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in finance accounting, preferably in shared services and multi-country support.
- Qualified CA, CMA, CPA, CWA or MBA (Finance).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP (FI/CO, MM, AA) and JD Edwards, plus reconciliation tools like BlackLine.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and manufacturing accounting, intercompany transactions, tax compliance, and month-end close processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex, multi-country financial accounting environments with demonstrated ability to manage recurring deadlines with accuracy.
- Strong technical accounting expertise with deep understanding of IFRS, Local GAAP, and RTR governance across commercial and manufacturing finance.
- Proficient in ERP systems integration and process automation with a track record of driving continuous improvements and effective stakeholder management in a global matrix organization.
