About This Role
- Validate and ensure quality of Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud with a focus on functional and regression testing.
- Develop, execute, and maintain Playwright-based automated test suites using TypeScript, integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines to support faster software releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, manage defects, and embed quality throughout the Agile development lifecycle while leveraging AI-powered testing tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce functional testing.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript for test automation.
- Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks with a focus on scaling test coverage and efficiency.
- Capable of independently managing QA testing activities, including test strategy, execution, defect management, and quality advocacy in an Agile environment.
- Familiar with Salesforce platform internals (objects, permissions, roles), test data management, and applying AI-driven testing approaches with continuous improvement mindset.
