Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experienced network engineer with deep expertise in Cisco hardware and protocols in large, SLA-driven enterprise or fintech environments.
Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills within ITIL frameworks, capable of root-cause analysis using logs and monitoring tools.
Technically proficient in automation (Ansible/Python) and advanced network security including firewall hardening and next-gen features.
