About This Role
- Design and implement critical, high availability and scalable applications used by internal and external customers.
- Lead complex refactoring initiatives and ensure high quality, performance, and reliability across software solutions.
- Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and distributed teams to deliver software on an agile framework, including managing production launches and post-launch support.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development with proficiency in C# and relational databases.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration (CI) tools and processes.
- Conversational English skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing scalable, high availability applications with a focus on software quality and reliability.
- Comfortable working in agile environments and coordinating with geographically distributed teams.
- Familiarity or experience with cloud-based development, Secure Software Development (SSD), or AI-enhanced development practices is a plus.
