About This Role
- Lead technical solutions and best practices for Java-based distributed applications within Consumer and Community Banking Technology.
- Drive adoption of coding standards, AI-assisted development tools, and architectural approaches to improve quality, security, and efficiency.
- Create and manage POCs for new technologies, lead AI innovation initiatives, and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Strong expertise in Java 8/J2EE, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and related frameworks (Netflix, API gateway).
- Experience with automation, CI/CD, agile methodologies, system design, testing, and operational stability.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and knowledge of secure, responsible AI usage.

- Experienced in complex distributed application design and delivery in financial services or similar domains.
