About This Role
- Design, develop, and implement test automation frameworks for front end and backend including Pega, Java, APIs, and cloud applications.
- Lead End to End testing activities, coordinate UAT, and define testing processes, schedules, and deliverables.
- Mentor and train QE team members, manage communication of testing status and results to internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of work experience in software or web testing.
- University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Hands-on test automation experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Java scripting, node.js, JSON; integration with Jenkins and Sauce Labs preferred.
- Primarily based in Hyderabad, India with 3 days WFO and 2 days remote; ability to work flexible hours overlapping US business hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in healthcare or PBM industry test automation environments, preferably 2-3+ years in the domain.
- Strong capability in end-to-end testing and automation across multiple product teams with expertise in Agile methodology.
- Skilled in developing Java code with web concepts and handling dynamic, cross-functional test planning and problem solving independently.
