About This Role
- Design, build, and operate scalable, reliable software platforms handling acquisition, processing, enrichment, and distribution of company financial data.
- Own end-to-end technical design and delivery, converting product and data requirements into robust engineering solutions.
- Mentor engineers, influence architecture, and lead technical excellence initiatives within the team.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in production systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript with solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and OOP design.
- Experience designing distributed, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems including microservice and event-driven architectures.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL; experience with NoSQL, distributed caches, or messaging systems like Redis or RabbitMQ.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building backend services, data-processing pipelines, and APIs for high-volume financial data workflows.
- Proven ability to take ownership of ambiguous technical problems and make sound architectural decisions across global teams.
- Familiarity with modern software delivery, system modernization, and financial domain data platforms, ideally with exposure to AI/ML data-processing workflows.
