About This Role
- Own end-to-end quality deliverables in New Product Development Lifecycle (NPDL) and fast track projects for connected lighting IoT systems.
- Coach and train cross-functional teams on advanced quality activities including CTQ, FMEA, PPAP, QTP, process validation, reliability prediction, and compliance.
- Lead quality status reporting, corrective actions, KPI definition, problem-solving (including 8D), and drive integration of customer feedback into design improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field.
- At least 12 years' experience as Software (FW) professional or Quality professional with software background and hardware/firmware affinity.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of APQP, DfSS, SAFe, CMMi, and Root Cause Analysis tools (FMEA, 8D, 5 Why).
- Experience working with software development and quality tools (JIRA, Confluence, SonarQube) and statistical methods for quality assurance.
