About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and RESTful APIs using Python and Flask.
- Implement and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) for context-aware and AI-driven workflows.
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and frontend teams to ensure scalable, high performance, and secure applications, including support for CI/CD and production troubleshooting.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in software development with Python.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Flask framework, RESTful API design, and experience with MCP or similar AI/context handling frameworks.
- Proficiency with database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB), Git version control, and understanding of software design principles.

- Experienced backend developer focused on building scalable, maintainable, and secure Python applications with API and database integration.
