Experienced leader adept at building and scaling platform engineering teams in matrixed global environments with international stakeholders.
Strong strategic and operational expertise in defining platform strategies, rationalizing complex toolsets, and implementing governance frameworks.
Technically proficient in cloud platforms (especially Microsoft Azure), DevSecOps, and modern Quality Engineering practices with an ability to navigate and integrate multiple technologies and delivery partners.
