About This Role
- Design, build, and lead the India-based Platform Engineering team responsible for DevOps and Quality Engineering platforms including CI/CD, test automation, and observability toolsets.
- Define and own platform strategy, service catalogue, governance, and performance metrics, rationalizing a toolset of over 20 technologies in alignment with Kraft Heinz's Reference Architecture.
- Manage delivery partners and platform operations to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable platform services supporting engineering teams globally.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of IT/engineering experience including leadership in DevOps, platform engineering or quality engineering.
- Proven experience managing managers and scaling teams, preferably in international/offshore delivery models.
- Hands-on expertise with enterprise DevSecOps tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence; plus knowledge of QE/test automation tools like Selenium, HP ALM, LoadRunner.
- Experience managing outsourced delivery partners, implementing platform governance, and strong understanding of security/compliance including vulnerability monitoring.

- Experienced leader adept at building and scaling platform engineering teams in matrixed global environments with international stakeholders.
- Strong strategic and operational expertise in defining platform strategies, rationalizing complex toolsets, and implementing governance frameworks.
- Technically proficient in cloud platforms (especially Microsoft Azure), DevSecOps, and modern Quality Engineering practices with an ability to navigate and integrate multiple technologies and delivery partners.
