About This Role
- Develop and deliver new features on a heavily customized Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows following established patterns and conventions.
- Implement and maintain integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and Platform Events based on defined contracts.
- Collaborate with a global team by providing status updates, participating in sprint ceremonies, managing code reviews, and ensuring high code quality and test coverage.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-11 years of relevant Salesforce development experience.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required; Platform Developer II and JavaScript Developer I certifications preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in custom Salesforce orgs with Apex coding, LWC component development, and integration implementation using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proficient in Salesforce data model (Custom Metadata Types, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and tools like IDE, Salesforce CLI, and Git.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working within a customized Apex-driven Salesforce environment and capable of understanding/executing consistent framework usage.
- Ability to write scalable, bulkified Apex code and build UI components aligned with existing design patterns.
- Skilled in building and maintaining integration adapters reliably by following defined specifications within a global distributed engineering team.
