About This Role
- Design, build, ship, and operate integrations, automations, data pipelines, and internal tools connecting business systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, HRMS, Slack, and Google Cloud.
- Own end-to-end technical solutions including monitoring, alerting, incident response, and ongoing system support without handing off to another team.
- Conduct technical evaluations via prototyping to validate build vs buy decisions and manage data migrations and platform replacements.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience in software development, integrations, or automations.
- Strong proficiency in Python and extensive experience with APIs, including authentication, rate limits, retries, idempotency, pagination, webhooks, and event-driven patterns.
- Hands-on cloud experience with Google Cloud Platform preferred; AWS or Azure acceptable.
- Experience in end-to-end ownership of systems, including design, deployment, production operation, and debugging of integrations involving SaaS APIs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable independently owning technical solutions from concept through ongoing support in a small, non-Scrum team environment.
- Proven capability to quickly learn and deliver on unfamiliar technology stacks and debugging complex issues across system boundaries.
- Experience building robust, tested integrations and automations for business systems such as CRM, ERP, HRIS, or ITSM with clear documentation and monitoring in place.
