About This Role
- Own delivery roadmap for multiple concurrent software product workstreams including features, compliance, and platform upgrades.
- Translate product requirements into sprint and release plans; track progress and drive risk mitigation to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, business) and manage stakeholder communication including status reporting to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields (BSc.IT, BE Computers, BCA, MCA).
- Location: Mumbai (Head Office).
- Experience with Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and tooling like Jira and Zephyr.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in shipping, logistics, trade finance, or supply chain technology domains with exposure to regulatory/compliance-driven delivery.
- Background in engineering or technical roles before moving to delivery/program management.
- Skilled at managing distributed or remote engineering teams with strong competence in agile delivery and metrics-driven quality management.
