About This Role
- Architect and build the company’s central intelligence engine integrating data from various sources into actionable business insights.
- Develop scalable middleware and API integrations connecting data stack with business tools such as CRM and marketing automation.
- Implement and manage AI-driven workflows using LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic models ensuring data accuracy and governance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of Python development experience with strong API development skills (FastAPI/Django) and SaaS platform integrations.
- Experience building AI applications using LLM APIs, orchestration frameworks, and agent concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.

- Experienced engineer comfortable independently architecting and coding solutions from strategic business requirements.
- Skilled in integrating complex data schemas across various business functions (Sales, Product, Customer Success) and understanding their systemic impact.
