About This Role
- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies ensuring effective Agile implementation and team productivity.
- Coach and mentor Agile teams and stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and Agile maturity across the organization.
- Manage release planning and dependencies across multiple teams while monitoring Agile metrics to improve delivery outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in Agile and Scrum environments.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe with proven facilitation of Scrum ceremonies.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and reporting using Agile metrics.
- Graduate degree qualification mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced servant leader skilled in coaching and mentoring multiple Agile teams in complex enterprise environments.
- Proficient in managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication at senior leadership levels.
- Familiarity with Data Platforms, Cloud, AI/ML programs, DevOps/CI-CD practices, and enterprise-scale Agile delivery environments.
