About This Role
- Lead and manage functional and technical integration for supply chain solution deployments, ensuring faster go-lives using agile methods.
- Develop functional specifications, conduct business diagnostics, and write solution design documents to meet customer business objectives with Blue Yonder solutions.
- Serve as primary liaison between project teams and key customer executives, overseeing user acceptance testing, end-user training, and post-go-live support.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-12 years of hands-on functional consulting experience in supply chain solutions, preferably implementing Blue Yonder products.
- Experience with AI/ML algorithms in supply chain, including knowledge of R and Python packages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Operations Research, or equivalent industry experience; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive travel availability required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in Blue Yonder Demand, Fulfillment, Assortment Planning, Allocation, or Category Management solutions, with knowledge of statistical forecasting and SCM concepts.
- Experience in managing end-to-end solution delivery including functional design, user training, and support within complex supply chain projects.
- Ability to independently execute projects with high delivery quality, and to function as a thought leader advising on industry best practices.
