About This Role
- Lead analytics for Partnerships business focusing on agent acquisition, retention, growth, and financial risk mitigation.
- Design and optimize product usability metrics and operational risk models to improve agent experience and backend financial exposure.
- Collaborate across teams to build scalable data infrastructure, implement AI automation tools, and mentor junior analytics staff globally.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or data science at tech startups or established firms.
- Expert knowledge of SQL mandatory; strong statistics and predictive modeling skills highly desired.
- Advanced degree in quantitative domain (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math) or equivalent technical background.
- Top 10% AI fluency with Large Language Models (e.g., ChatGPT) required.
