About This Role
- Lead Finance partnering for East India, Nepal, and Bangladesh business, collaborating closely with Sales and Commercial leadership to drive profitable growth.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning while providing actionable insights on revenue, pricing, margins, and customer/channel profitability.
- Oversee month-end financial reporting, governance, and lead the Commercial Finance team focusing on process improvement and strong financial controls.
Minimum Requirements
- CA or MBA (Finance) degree required.
- 8–14 years of relevant experience in Commercial Finance, Sales Finance, or Business Finance within FMCG or complex consumer-facing organizations.
- Proven experience partnering with Sales/Commercial teams and influencing business decisions.
- Experience covering multi-market financial leadership across East India, Nepal, and Bangladesh.

- Strong commercial finance expertise with deep understanding of revenue growth levers, pricing, trade spends, and profitability analytics.
- Experienced leader able to manage and develop teams while navigating diverse market dynamics and multiple stakeholders.
