About This Role
- Own and execute the control framework for Cobrand Partner channels, including issue oversight, exam coordination, and PRCM lifecycle management.
- Lead Operating in Control agenda by managing risk, controls, and compliance documentation such as the Cobrand Desktop Manual.
- Drive process improvements and sustain audit readiness while managing cross-functional partnerships and regulatory commitments.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-13 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in Marketing, Risk, or Control management.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 8-13 years in Financial Services with relevant risk/control focus.
- Shift requirement: US Hours - 6:30 PM IST start time.

- Experienced in complex project and stakeholder management within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ownership to drive programs to completion and meet deadlines.
