Experienced in managing governance and delivery management within large financial services portfolios involving multiple stakeholders and complex reporting requirements.
Skilled in financial management including forecasting, budget tracking, variance analysis, and audit control environments.
Capable of independently coordinating cross-functional teams and improving portfolio reporting quality, process improvements, and governance compliance.
