About This Role
- Take ownership of P&L with business stakeholders to drive profitability and revenue/cost metrics.
- Develop, track, and analyze key business metrics and management reports to provide actionable insights.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and process improvements to meet business targets and ensure adoption as part of standard operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-5 years work experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Investor Relations preferred, ideally in startups.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; SQL knowledge is advantageous.
- Experience with business process management or workflow management tools.
- Location: Mumbai, India; Full-time onsite role.
