About This Role
- Transform data into actionable insights to support strategic and tactical business decisions.
- Manage and execute medium-sized reporting projects including requirements gathering, data modelling, validation, and stakeholder communication.
- Design and develop dashboards and reports, collaborating with database teams to optimize data extraction and ensure timely delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- 4-6 years of relevant Business Intelligence experience or equivalent education and experience combination.
- Proficient in business-level English, both written and spoken.
- Work Experience Required: 4-6 years in Business Intelligence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in consulting across multiple business functions such as CDMs and Field Service to identify KPIs and information needs.
- Hands-on ability to manage end-to-end BI projects including technical and functional specifications and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in data architecture design and dashboard development within cross-functional teams including database administration.
