About This Role
- Lead sourcing strategy and contract negotiations for multiple spend categories, driving category savings and supplier performance.
- Manage supplier lifecycle to reduce costs and enhance value, acting as primary liaison for suppliers and resolving systemic issues.
- Provide vision and mentorship to sourcing team and advise leadership on long-term supply strategies and market conditions.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of sourcing experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience leading end-to-end sourcing activities including RFP/RFQ/RFI processes and contract execution.
- Familiarity with vendor management, contract management, compliance, and cost optimization.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years in sourcing or related procurement roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, large-scale sourcing categories such as IT, Professional Services, Staffing, or Technology Vendors.
- Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams (LOB, Technology, HR, Finance, Legal) to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated by mentoring junior team members and driving supplier performance and cost savings initiatives.
