About This Role
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, writing user stories, and ensuring readiness for development in Agile environment.
- Act as a strong voice to challenge Product Owners and maintain strict Scrum/Agile discipline within the team.
- Manage requirements traceability through testing, delivery, and facilitate process automation in Financial Services customer journeys.
Minimum Requirements
- Work Experience Required: Senior level experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services or Insurance (General Insurance, Protection Claims, or Wealth).
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA usage.
- Familiarity or hands-on exposure to GenAI solutions and process automation.
- English proficiency at C1 Advanced level.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external business units in Financial Services or Insurance domain.
- Comfortable challenging experienced Product Owners and driving Agile discipline within delivery teams.
- Technically proficient with confidence to lead process automation and GenAI integration initiatives.
