About This Role
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions using platform features and custom development as needed.
- Lead design sessions and document technical solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Drive project execution including UAT planning/execution, go-live preparation and post-live support in partnership with IT and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years total experience with at least 6 years as Salesforce Business Analyst with hands-on configuration experience on Salesforce platform.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years overall, 6+ years relevant Salesforce BA experience.
