About This Role
- Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FI and CO modules, integrating with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Drive compliance with Colombian statutory, tax, and reporting requirements, including VAT, withholding tax, and e-invoicing (DIAN).
- Mentor junior consultants, manage data migration strategies, testing and go-live support, and act as finance subject-matter-expert for regional/global SAP finance projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 9 years hands-on experience with SAP FICO implementations, rollouts or large-scale support engagements; 10+ years total experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
- Must be available for immediate joining and willing to relocate to Colombia within 2 months.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish required; strong technical/business English also mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise in SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO modules (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations or strong ECC background with focus on process optimization, automation and S/4HANA innovations.
- Ability to lead workshops, coordinate with technical teams, manage governance aspects, and communicate effectively across global and local stakeholders including Colombian statutory compliance.
