Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
Must be available for immediate joining and willing to relocate to Colombia within 2 months.
Professional proficiency in Spanish required; strong technical/business English also mandatory.
Deep expertise in SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO modules (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations or strong ECC background with focus on process optimization, automation and S/4HANA innovations.
Ability to lead workshops, coordinate with technical teams, manage governance aspects, and communicate effectively across global and local stakeholders including Colombian statutory compliance.
