Experienced in managing end-to-end delivery within agile Value Stream structures in healthcare or similar complex operational environments.
Strong facilitator with ability to lead meetings, workshops, and stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams.
Analytical problem-solver with proactive approach to continuous improvement and root cause investigation.
