About This Role
- Work closely with Portfolio Lead, Business owners, and Product teams to ensure execution of key initiatives in Provider Organization agile delivery.
- Own analysis, documentation, and facilitation of business requirements for prioritized initiatives from idea inception through delivery and release.
- Drive collaboration among experts and agile teams, support agile ceremonies, and contribute to process improvements and product performance monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process engineering, or agile delivery with proven commitment delivery track record.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience or knowledge in healthcare provider processes like Eligibility, Claims, Pre-authorization, Network, Strategy, Finance, or Change management is a plus.
- Agile mindset required; certification desirable but training provided.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end delivery within agile Value Stream structures in healthcare or similar complex operational environments.
- Strong facilitator with ability to lead meetings, workshops, and stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Analytical problem-solver with proactive approach to continuous improvement and root cause investigation.
