About This Role
- Design, build, and operate secure, scalable, highly available AWS infrastructure using Terraform and infrastructure automation.
- Manage production AWS environments across multiple accounts and regions, support CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, container workloads on ECS Fargate, and RDS PostgreSQL databases.
- Respond to production incidents, troubleshoot issues, improve developer experience, and maintain documentation and operational procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent discipline.
- 6-9 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
- Proven experience operating and supporting enterprise-scale production AWS environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Terraform, AWS (ECS, RDS, VPC, IAM, etc.), GitHub Actions CI/CD, ECS Fargate containers, and RDS PostgreSQL administration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with modular, scalable Terraform code management and advanced state handling in multi-account AWS contexts.
- Skilled in automation with Bash and Python for AWS CLI and operational tooling, incident response, and root cause analysis.
- Capable of partnering closely with multiple engineering teams to support self-service infrastructure while ensuring operational risk and security controls.
