About This Role
- End-to-end accountability for regional operations in Gurugram covering Real Estate & Facilities, Meals & Refreshments, Vehicles & Transportation, Health & Safety (EHS), and Physical Security.
- Lead real estate strategy including planning, portfolio optimization, lease negotiations, and oversee facilities operations to ensure safe, reliable, and sustainable workplaces.
- Own local budgets with full P&L responsibility and lead OPEX and CAPEX planning, cost optimization, and establish operational KPIs and performance dashboards.
Minimum Requirements
- 12 - 15 years managerial experience preferably in technology or multinational organizations.
- Proven experience leading operations in Gurugram within a global operating model.
- University degree in Legal, Finance, Operations, Economics, Engineering, or related field; Electrical Engineering preferred; MBA strongly preferred/expected.
- Work Experience Required: 12 - 15 years managerial experience.
