About This Role
- Support and perform low complexity tasks across the securities trade lifecycle focusing on settlements, reconciliation, and exception management.
- Identify and contribute to process improvements and assist in implementing projects or revised procedures involving coordination among operations teams.
- Monitor daily securities and cash production work and resolve low complexity escalated issues within Securities Operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of Securities Operations experience or equivalent through work, training, military, or education.
- Minimum 3+ years of Trade Settlements experience with strong understanding of trade lifecycle, settlements, reconciliation, and exception management.
- Experience managing trade settlement exceptions, failed trades, and break resolution is required.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years in Trade Settlements; 6+ months in Securities Operations also mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end trade settlement operations including domestic and/or international settlements.
- Familiar with trade matching, confirmation, allocation, reconciliation, and post-settlement activities.
- Knowledgeable about financial product settlements including Equity, Fixed Income, FX, and Mutual Funds.
