Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
Solid knowledge of Indian statutory compliance related to hiring and employee documentation.
Experienced in managing high-volume onboarding operations and HR ticket systems in Indian multi-state contexts.
Capable of maintaining strict legal compliance and accurate HR record-keeping in alignment with Indian labor laws.
Able to handle sensitive employee data discreetly with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced HR Shared Services environment.
