Work Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in accounting-related roles with Real Assets exposure.
Experienced in designing, leading and implementing training programmes and capability-building initiatives for accounting and operations teams across multiple locations.
Ability to translate complex accounting and operational processes into clear, practical learning materials and maintain training governance frameworks.
Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management skills including influencing senior leaders and driving adoption of learning and process improvements.
