Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline desirable; part-qualified or working towards ACA, CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent professional designation is an advantage.
Experience developing and delivering onboarding and process-level training, including maintenance of training documentation and knowledge-sharing resources.
Working knowledge of SPV accounting, real estate structures, operational processes, and fund accounting systems (experience with Yardi and/or Investran is advantageous).
Experience operating within Real Assets or Fund Accounting environments with understanding of their operational and reporting cycles.
Proven ability to manage and deliver structured training programs and knowledge transfer initiatives within dynamic, fast-paced settings.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining training records and effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders including Subject Matter Experts and Learning & Development teams.
