About This Role
- Design and build high-performance C++ core execution engines and real-time simulation algorithms.
- Develop 3D visualization and virtual patient modeling using VTK, ITK, and 3D modeling tools.
- Create modern web UI using React/JavaScript and develop scalable distributed architectures with SOA, microservices, and cloud platforms while maintaining regulatory compliance (IEC 62304/FDA, HIPAA).
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of total work experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with modern C++ including object-oriented design and multi-threading.
- Onsite work flexibility required; ability to travel up to 20%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full-stack development including Service-Oriented Architecture, microservices, and web APIs with modern frontend frameworks.
- Domain expertise in medical imaging technologies such as DICOM, VTK, ITK, and 3D modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure regulatory rigor in software development lifecycle for medical device applications (IEC 62304/FDA compliance) and managing HIPAA-compliant data security.
