About This Role
- Own quality objectives and drive testing excellence for Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud) solutions within an Agile Software Development Life Cycle.
- Analyze requirements and design comprehensive test cases using JIRA/Zephyr to ensure full coverage and validate across desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms.
- Manage defect lifecycle including logging, retesting, and verification, and collaborate actively in Agile ceremonies for continuous quality improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional software testing experience, with at least 3 years testing Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud) platforms.
- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr or similar test management tools.
- Preferred: Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (not mandatory).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end Salesforce Core solution testing with strong skills in requirements analysis and defect management.
- Able to provide accurate testing effort estimations and report quality status clearly to stakeholders.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in global, Agile teams with effective communication in English.
