About This Role
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of Spring Boot microservices across on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Own platform-wide Java technical leadership: setting standards, reviewing designs and code, coaching engineers, enforcing shift-left quality and TDD practices.
- Manage full lifecycle REST API design, performance tuning, and contribute to React front-end development for small to medium-complexity tasks using AI tools to aid productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience with advanced Java expertise (Java 17+ preferred).
- Proven experience architecting and developing Spring Boot microservices, SQL/JPA/Hibernate, and event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, REST API design (contract-first, versioning, error handling), performance tuning, and TDD frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
- Proficiency in React with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and asynchronous data flow integration with back-end; role based in Gurugram, India.
