About This Role
- Design, develop, maintain, and support software applications aligned to business objectives.
- Analyze, debug, and resolve production issues within accepted timeframes while participating in code reviews and technical meetings.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and utilize AI coding assistants to accelerate development and debugging.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
- 5-8 years of proven experience in software development and system maintenance.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Web API & MVC, Angular, Entity Framework, IoC frameworks, CI/CD, Redis, AWS (Batch, Lambda, S3, SQS).
- Practical experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot to accelerate workflow.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing elegant, scalable systems using best practices, design patterns, and Agile SCRUM methodologies.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and managing multiple projects/priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, optimization, and refactoring skills with solid understanding of object-oriented design and asynchronous programming paradigms.
