About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of end-to-end Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions using O9 platform across demand, supply, assortment, inventory optimization, and deployment modules.
- Architect scalable technical designs, make solution architecture decisions, and lead high-quality delivery in partnership with product and cross-functional teams.
- Lead and mentor a software engineering team of 3-4 people, elevate engineering standards, and promote DevOps and agile practices in multi-tenant, multi-geo supply chain environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in architecture, design, and development in IBP domains with proven expertise in O9 Assortment, Demand, or Supply modules (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with O9 platform configurations and implementations across the full lifecycle.
- Strong technical skills including Java/Python, PL/SQL, databases, Git/SVN, and DevOps/CI-CD tools (Jenkins preferred).
- Strong understanding of planning algorithms, forecasting models (including ML-based), solvers like Gurobi, and experience integrating enterprise systems (ERP).
