About This Role
- Design and deliver core architectural components of ClusterWareAI's AI Operational Agent including planning, reasoning, workflow orchestration, and autonomous execution.
- Lead design of scalable multi-agent workflows, knowledge management, and secure execution patterns ensuring reliability, security, and observability.
- Mentor engineers, collaborate with leadership and product teams to evolve AI platform architecture and adopt emerging AI technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years software engineering experience with complex production system design and delivery.
- Hands-on experience building production-grade LLM or agentic AI systems involving planning, reasoning, orchestration, and autonomous/human-approved execution.
- Strong expertise in Python, distributed systems, fault-tolerant architectures, Kubernetes, cloud-native infrastructure, and AI security.
- Work Location: Hybrid in Bangalore, India. Work Experience Required: 10+ years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior technical leader with experience in AI agents for enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, or IT SRE environments.
- Deep knowledge of agent orchestration frameworks, RAG architectures, context engineering, and multi-agent system design.
- Proven ability to deliver secure, scalable production AI platforms with observability and operational reliability in enterprise settings.
