About This Role
- Lead and participate in design, development, testing, and deployment of complex infrastructure automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, and cloud-native technologies.
- Drive initiatives for process automation, workflow orchestration, and automation engineering to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting frameworks, dashboards, and operational insights while ensuring adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience (or equivalent via work experience, training, military, education).
- Hands-on experience with automation solution design, development, integration, deployment, and operational support using PowerShell, Python, and REST APIs.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise Workplace Technology environments.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years in process automation, workflow orchestration, and automation engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise-scale automation and infrastructure engineering with demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior staff.
- Proficient with Microsoft automation technologies (Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure Automation) and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Skilled in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure automation (Azure Functions, Terraform), and monitoring tools (Power BI, Azure Monitor).
