About This Role
- Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable, secure software solutions solving complex business problems.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and drive coding best practices.
- Mentor software development team members and ensure adherence to company architectural standards and coding standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on object-oriented programming experience in Java or Python and/or JavaScript UI frameworks.
- Experience with microservice architecture, UI/API integrations (REST, gRPC, GraphQL), and database schema design (Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB).
- Role is 100% in-office; minimal travel; experience with cloud native applications, AWS core services, serverless technologies (AWS Lambda), Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced software engineer with strong background in Java/Python and modern UI frameworks like AngularJS or ReactJS.
- Able to design and implement large-scale, distributed, real-time transaction platforms.
- Proven ability to lead technical innovation, mentor teams, and define coding standards in a senior engineering environment.
