About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services primarily using NodeJS and MongoDB with focus on scalable APIs and webhook integrations.
- Develop and implement data engineering solutions including Python scripts and machine learning model deployment on cloud platforms.
- Refactor existing codebases for optimization, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally for requirement analysis and solution design.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in backend development or data engineering roles.
- Proficiency in NodeJS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and Python for data processing and scripting.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable institute.
- Experience with database technologies (SQL), cloud services (Azure or AWS), and scripting languages like Shell.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both backend and data engineering with capability to handle end-to-end backend architecture and data pipeline challenges.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, taking ownership of backend service quality and cloud-based ML model deployment.
- Strong programming skills with an emphasis on code optimization, automation (CI/CD), and mentoring team members in engineering best practices.
