About This Role
- Own the end-to-end data collection, validation, and maintenance of Tradeweb’s greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory across multiple reporting cycles and assurance processes.
- Prepare and maintain assurance-ready documentation and evidence for external audits, ensuring data accuracy and traceability year-round.
- Develop and maintain controlled automation tools to streamline repetitive analyses and enhance data quality in sustainability reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years relevant experience in data analysis, sustainability reporting, environmental data, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in managing, analyzing, and reconciling large datasets.
- Basic or university-level working knowledge of the GHG Protocol and familiarity with sustainability reporting practices.
- Work Experience Required: 1-3 years in relevant data or sustainability roles.

- Detail-oriented with strong data focus, able to work methodically with large datasets and spot anomalies to maintain data integrity.
- Comfortable using technology and AI for automating repeatable tasks and building reliable processes.
- Capable of independently executing defined workstreams within deadline-driven cycles while coordinating with global internal stakeholders.
