Experienced leader in managing complex, cross-functional strategic quality and transformation projects in global matrix organizations.
Deep domain expertise in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences, with proven knowledge of quality systems and compliance.
Skilled in driving digital/automation transformation, stakeholder influence, and embedding continuous improvement frameworks.
