About This Role
- Design and develop scalable, reliable cloud foundation services powering multiple SaaS products at Esko.
- Translate architectural direction into detailed, production-quality implementations while ensuring operational readiness and engineering excellence.
- Mentor engineers and lead technical problem-solving, code reviews, and platform service improvements including reliability, performance, and maintainability.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in backend, cloud-native, or large-scale SaaS software engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java/JVM technologies, REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS or similar).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL and Amazon DynamoDB.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years

- Experienced in designing and building complex cloud platform services shared across multiple products or teams.
- Demonstrated ability to translate high-level architectural designs into detailed technical implementations with strong engineering judgment.
